Due to the rising number of COVID-19 cases from state to state, we will no longer allow returns to ensure the health of our BADORN Beauties and team members.
We appreciate you understanding, as we are all navigating through these uncertain times. (unless a defective/ wrong item is received).

Exchanges (if applicable)
At this time, we will only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective of damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will be happy to replace the item at no cost to you. Pictures of defective item must be taken and sent to us at [email protected] as proof. In some cases, we will request that you ship the item back to us. A replacement will be shipped out via USPS First Class Shipping within 1-2 days.
Refunds(if applicable)
We will only issue refunds if the items have not yet left our warehouse, if we are out of stock of what was ordered, or if the customer receives a defective item and opts for a refund instead of an exchange within 3 days.
